Zero Customer Service
Went to the Houlihan’s in Orland Park, IL on 4/21/2019 Easter Sunday as a family party of 13. The manager refused to issue us 3 separate checks even after we said we would break up our family into three separate tables. He was a jerk. Instead we, the customer, had to to spend 20+minutes trying to figure out our separate family bills. RIDICULOUS! There was zero customer service in a service establishment. What happened to The Customer Is Always Right? This was the third time my family went to this location spending hundreds of dollars. We will not be returning. There are so many other restaurants that that will gladly honor our billing request and earn our money. My family will be telling all our friends about this terrible experience. Shame on you! Roach Infestation
I visited the Front Royal Houlihan’s, and discovered three roaches during my lunch and I decided to get up and leave due to me over hearing an employee saying that they knew the restaurant already had roaches. This is completely disgusting and disturbing and I will be telling people I know not to revisit this establishment.

Dissappointed/aggrivated
I live in Kearny and drove nearly 30 miles to Houlihans in Fairfield. I always love the " wings and things", this time when I got it. Everything taste burnt or was fried in old grease? The quality was very poor and for $17 it should be prepared correctly and whoever the KM is should make sure the grease is properly being filtered or changed out.

Oh, my. WTF?
You might think that WTF means something dirty, but it really doesn’t… It really means Where’s The Fish? I ordered the fish and chips at Houlihan’s in Cleveland Ohio, and when they brought it, I thought that maybe some fish fell off the plate. There is one piece of fish in the fish fry. Not two or three like another restaurants. And yet they charge $16 for a plate of fries some dry nasty coleslaw and one lone piece of fish. Are you freaking Kidding me? If you’re going to offer only one piece of fish, your price point should be nine dollars or $10 max. Not $16 for one lone, stinking piece of fish. Won’t be coming back! Houlihan’s, you need to fix this!

For the second time in two weeks you have managed to screw up the other. The very basic order. If you order a salad to go i would imagine DRESSING should come with it. If you order potato skins they shouldnt resemble hockey pucks. Get your *** together

Fabulous “grits” & shrimp
Not a complaint. The cauliflower “grits” & shrimp was wonderful, nice little kick of spice too. I was visiting the Gambrills, MD location from Albuquerque, NM. The ABQ food scene is HOT! Corporate should put a restaurant there (or two; east side & west side). The first location should be by Uptown/Windrock area (I-40 & Louisiana).

Good overall miss tilapia taken off menu
This is not really a review but a request to bring back the 1/2 and full portion tilapia to the menu. My favorite along with the georgia peach long island ice tea. Delicious

Bad food worse service
Yesterday we ate lunch at the New Brunswick NJ location. Not only were the appetizers significantly smaller (crab cakes) but our waiter was beyond lazy. He moved at a snaila pace and couldn’t care less at taking our order nor returning to tend to us. Every time we asked for something simple he would just forget to return. A 15 minute lunch turned into an hour.

Today got Uber eats first got 4 skimpy scallops on risotto, asparagus was like wood.onion soup was like salty mud. Greasy cold stuffed mushrooms. Pecan chicken salad with no dressing. Called to complain, and was asked by a manager if we wanted the Uber to come back with dressing

Raw Chicken
I went to eat lunch and order grilled chicken tenders instead of fried. When I received my meal and bit into the thick part of the tender cold juice squirted out of the chicken when I looked down the chicken was obviously under cooked. It was pink and the texture proved to show it was also under cooked. I advised the waiter who offered to have it cooked more. He brought it backed and stated, "they popped in the microwave for ya. It should now be nice and hot." I didn't eat the chicken because it was a bit of a disgrace to me that it was just "popped in the microwave." The server than brought my bill and had double charged me for drinks. I asked him to remove them and he did. $21.00 for lunch and I'm still hungry as no one wants to eat raw chicken that was "popped in the microwave" to be funny cooked. Houlihan's I will not be back.

Need a new cook bad food
The apps was good..the drinks was good service was good It was 4 ladies n 1 had a birthday yesterday... I was charged an extra $1.49..which its much but they should be good not over cooked n old..

Worst Experience Ever
I had the worst mother’s day experience at this restaurant. I came in with 9 of my family members at 12:30pm. We were advised after about 30 mins of waiting that they were short staffed and that they didn’t have enough servers to accommodate us. They asked if we would mind waiting 25 more mins. We agreed . We were finally seated and no one came to our table for at least 25 mins. Then finally our waiter came. He took our drink orders and that took an additional 25 mins. Then came back and took our appetizer order. After that took additional time we requested to speak with the manager she never came. By then he began taking our orders after that we waited well over 45 before they came out. ( we all received our orders separated and not at once) . Finally after asking for the manger a second time she came out. Very unfriendly and not personable. Seemed as if she didn’t care at all and casually walked back to the kitchen. This restaurant should have stopped taking people because they weren’t equipped for the volume of people. I will never return to this establishment again. This was the most horrible food experience I have ever encountered.

Bar Stools & Uniforms
For the last 3 years have complained to staff about the bar stools that will one day cause a lawsuit. They have expressed our concerns to cooperate with no results. The new uniforms, not paid for by cooperate are very stuffy. Vests with collared shirts are most unbecoming. Wish cooperate had a site to write complaints rather than calling. Even my phone calls in the past have been, obviously ignored.

Steak
Just ordered 2 New York strip steaks, one for me and my girlfriend. These steaks totaled $51 before tax, and they were just horrible!! For that price, those steaks should have at least been decent! After the first bite, (excuse me here) I wanted spit that steak that out, I felt bad, because I thought I was taking my girlfriend out to a decent place. The waitress was extremely nice, and didn’t have the heart to tell her how terrible those steaks were! Also Houlihan’s, please do a more thourough job at cleaning your silverware! You know we do eat those!
